Remember, the higher the step, the harder your work out will be). This workout is insanely good and thorough. From lunges, planks, split squats, and cardio drills in between, this workout targets every inch of your body (focusing on CORE & BOOTY) and will leave you drenched in sweat. Love this so much!!!
