Sweat and sculpt in this 30 minute blast designed around your step stool. If you don't have a step stool, you can use an edge of a couch, or any other step-like surface in your house. (The higher the step, the more work your body will be doing, so you can also do the workout without the step if you are just starting). This workout is packed with power moves and full body sculpting motions. Make sure your step stool if stable and firmly placed on a yoga mat. It should not be sliding around. The last five minutes of the workout is our "Booty Burnout", and you can use your ankle weights for that if you have them).
