Choose one workout from the library every day - always check the "JUST DROPPED" section for the latest workouts. If you are just starting out, focus on the "BEGINNER WORKOUT" category. When you're ready for more intense workouts, I recommend to alternate between workouts from different categories, they are all full body and super sweaty and sculpting. Throw in "Stretch & Recovery" video anytime. New workouts are added to the library every month.
