All you need is an open space next to a wall. This workout is great for your upper body strength and stamina, as well as overall toning and flexibility. By elevating your legs on a wall, you are loading your own body weight on your upper body muscles, and that is incredibly challenging! All moves have modifications for ALL Levels. This workout will definitely take you out of your comfort zone.

Grab a step stool, or set up next to a bench. You will also need a pair of light hand weights and ankle weights (optional) . This is a full body sculpt, that will leave you feeling every single muscle in your body and you will be drenched in sweat. Enjoy!!!
