    Grab a pair of gliders, enjoy me for this core extravaganza. As always, we hit up the full body, but the main focus on this workout is chiseling your core muscles. You will be drenched in sweat by the end of this work out.

    All you need is an open space next to a wall. This workout is great for your upper body strength and stamina, as well as overall toning and flexibility. By elevating your legs on a wall, you are loading your own body weight on your upper body muscles, and that is incredibly challenging! All moves...

    Grab a step stool, or set up next to a bench. You will also need a pair of light hand weights and ankle weights (optional) . This is a full body sculpt, that will leave you feeling every single muscle in your body and you will be drenched in sweat. Enjoy!!!

    Grab a light, soft pillow and join me for this incredibly hard, thorough, sculpting workout. We move at a slower pace, using the pillow to contract, control and fire the deepest muscles while paying close attention to proper form.
