Magdalena also includes yoga, stretch and recovery videos, including prenatal and postnatal (She is also a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher with over 15 years experience in the fitness field).

All workouts are full body, ranging from 10, 20, 30 or 40 minutes long - you decide how much time you have. Magdalena's favorite workouts are 30 minutes long, as she knows how busy we all are, especially now in the midst of pandemic, working from home and managing distance learning for our kids.

With Body By Mags, you can expect to sweat right away, as these workouts are fast paced, designed to burn fat and sculpt lean muscle - with each move being full body and using as much of your body energy as possible.

Two new workouts drop every month, and they stay in the library forever, you can always come back to your favorite workouts. Get ready to sweat, and get ready for results to show! Aim to workout five days a week, alternating workouts from different sections, and whenever you feel like you need a break, pick from the "stretch and recovery" section.
