Enjoy this smooth Prenatal flow
That will leave you feeling relaxed, open, and blissed out. This is a super gentle, feel good class that encourages you to intuitively move through poses as you honor you pregnant body and dive into the true meaning of yoga: “unity”. We emphasize the oneness of mother and growing baby, as well as the oneness of expecting mother with the universe, and the divine feminine wisdom we all have in our body.
We start with a short meditation focusing on breath and connection with our growing baby. The time is now and we are celebrating this moment in our pregnancy. We
move on to
gentle spinal warm up
and lead
into a smooth, gentle flow full of hip and chest openers and other feel good poses.

Deep abdominal repair exercises to be dome postpartum, or if you are still struggling with diastasis recti (abdominal separation) before you resume regular workouts. These are to be done daily for a month.
