    Grab a step stool and heavier set of hand weights (mine are 10 lbs) and join me for this full body intense workout that alternates between step ups, split squats, rows, planks and cardio intervals. We keep moving and sweating the whole time while sculpting lean muscles and burning some major fat!

    Grab a step stool and get ready to move. Step ups, lunges, planks, squats, all incorporating a step stool. This workout will have you sweating like crazy!

  • Sculpt That Bod (20 minutes)

    Get ready for some major muscle work in this slower paced, sculpting workout. Step stool, light weights and stability ball recommended.
