Beginner Workouts - START HERE!

Start with the first two videos. The first one focuses on breaking down the 4 basic moves we use in workouts (squat, lunge, plank, and push-up), and letting you master the proper technique. The second video puts all the basic moves into a simple and easy to follow work out. The workout is still weaved in seamlessly so you keep using your cardio system as well. Both videos also include my signature spinal and full body warm up that I do at the beginning of all workouts.
